The practice
Brett Hoddle Consultants is a chartered accountancy practice in East Auckland, comprising of one person, Brett Hoddle. The practice doesn’t employ or intend to employ any staff, but if the need arose, assistance can be provided through another colleague.
The fundamental philosophy is to provide an extremely personalised service to meet the needs of each individual client. The person providing the advice is the one actually preparing and doing the job from start to finish.

I was a provisional member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand from 1990 and became a full member as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. I have held a Public Practice Certificate since 1998.
Since 1988 I have worked at two large accountancy firms in New Zealand, Deloitte and BDO Spicers, at which I attained the position of Senior Manager before leaving to practice on my own.
training
I attend a minimum of 40 hours training per year to maintain both my knowledge and skill levels. All the courses and seminars attended are certified by Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.
Further awareness is gained from subscribing to several publications, such as the Accountants Journal, National Business Review and regular IRD updates.
The practice provides a comprehensive range of accounting and taxation services, along with other advice in related areas.
